60-Day Returns on Unopened Products
Changed your mind? You can return any unopened product, with its original safety seal intact, within 60 days of
delivery for a refund of the product price. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

Email hello@vantyxwellness.com within 60 days of delivery with your
order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you. You do not need to send it back.

How to start a return.

Email hello@vantyxwellness.com with your order number. We will reply with a prepaid
return label and instructions. Return shipping is on us. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Refunds.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 10 business
days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Subscriptions.

You can cancel any time before your next billing date.
