Our promise

We stand behind every Vantyx product. If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened in original sealed packaging, OR opened with at least 75% of contents remaining.
  • Original proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to request a refund

  1. Email vantyx@vantyxwellness.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the product to the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
  4. Once the return is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Vantyx covers return shipping and sends a replacement at no cost, or issues a full refund.

Original shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking fee

No restocking fee on eligible returns.

Non-returnable items

  • Products returned after the 30-day window.
  • Products with less than 75% of contents remaining.
  • Items damaged from misuse or after delivery (not in transit).
  • Gift cards.
  • Free promotional items.

Subscription orders

You can cancel an active subscription at any time:

  • Self-service: log in to your account and cancel from the Subscriptions section.
  • Email: send a cancellation request to vantyx@vantyxwellness.com at least 3 days before your next scheduled charge.

You will receive a reminder email 3 days before each scheduled renewal. Cancellations are effective for the next billing cycle — already-shipped orders remain subject to the standard return terms above.

Allergic reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Contact us with your order number and we'll process a full refund regardless of return condition.

Allergens — please review before ordering

  • Brutus Alpha (Men's Vitality) and Love Libido Strips contain shellfish (oyster).
  • Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies contain fish (tilapia) and tree nuts (coconut).
