1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from vantyxwellness.com (the "Site"), operated by Vantyx Digital Brands LLC ("Vantyx", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age to purchase from Vantyx. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Vantyx products are not intended for individuals under 19, pregnant or nursing women, or individuals with pre-existing medical conditions without prior consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.

4. Dietary supplement disclaimer

Vantyx products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult a healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. 5. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing and discount codes are subject to the terms displayed at the time of offer. Payment is charged at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

6. Subscription terms

By enrolling in a Vantyx subscription:

  • You authorize Vantyx to automatically charge your stored payment method on the recurring schedule you select.
  • You will receive a renewal reminder email 3 days before each scheduled charge.
  • You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing vantyx@vantyxwellness.com at least 3 days before your next renewal date.
  • Cancellation stops future charges. Already-shipped orders remain subject to the standard Refund & Return Policy.
  • Subscription prices, frequency, and product availability may change with reasonable advance notice.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately at vantyx@vantyxwellness.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including logos, text, images, product names, and design — is the property of Vantyx Digital Brands LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) attempt to access non-public areas of the Site; (e) misrepresent your identity; (f) resell products without authorization.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantyx Digital Brands LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vantyx Digital Brands LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the products.

12. Dispute resolution — arbitration & class action waiver

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Wyoming. You and Vantyx waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this clause by emailing vantyx@vantyxwellness.com within 30 days of your first purchase with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out".

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
