Where we ship

Vantyx ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska, plus U.S. territories with a standard postal address. We also ship to Canada.

Free shipping

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $49 or more. The discount applies automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Estimated delivery

  • U.S. continental: 5–8 business days from dispatch.
  • Hawaii & Alaska: 5–8 business days from dispatch.
  • Canada: 7–14 business days from dispatch (customs clearance may add time).

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods may affect delivery.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. U.S. orders of $49 or more ship free.

Carriers

We work with major U.S. and international carriers. The specific carrier assigned to your order may vary based on destination, package weight, and current capacity. Your shipping confirmation email will identify the carrier and tracking number.

Customs, duties & taxes (Canada)

Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Vantyx at checkout.

Order tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to populate after dispatch.

Lost or stolen packages

If your package is marked delivered but you can't locate it, please wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early) and check with neighbors or your building's front desk. If still missing, contact vantyx@vantyxwellness.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll open a carrier claim.

Damaged packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the box and contents on receipt and email us within 48 hours.

Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipment costs to corrected addresses are the customer's responsibility.
