Where We Ship

We ship within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping – $4.99
Free on U.S. orders of $49 or more, applied automatically at checkout.
Estimated delivery: 4–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your state.
Express Shipping – $14.99
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates apply to the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may take longer.

Estimates are not guarantees: carrier delays, weather and peak periods can affect delivery.

If We Can't Ship on Time

If we are unable to ship your order within the time stated above, we will email you with a new ship date and you may cancel for a full refund.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" and you can't find your package, please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors or your building's front desk.

If it is still missing, email hello@vantyxwellness.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@vantyxwellness.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

We will replace it or refund you. You do not need to send it back.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update the address only before the order ships.

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
