HAIR, SKIN & NAILS GUMMIES (PASSION FRUIT)
Adults take 2 gummies daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
WARNING: Contains Fish (Tilapia) and Tree Nuts (Coconut). Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or under 19 years of age. Do not use if allergic to fish or coconut. Pause biotin 3–5 days before lab tests — high biotin can interfere with thyroid/hormone blood tests.

HAIR, SKIN & NAILS STRIPS (ORANGE)
Place 1 oral strip on your tongue and allow it to dissolve. Take 1 strip anytime, up to a maximum of 1 strip per day.
WARNING: Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or under 19 years of age. Pause biotin 3–5 days before lab tests — high biotin can interfere with thyroid/hormone assays.

OMEGA-3 FISH OIL
Take one (1) softgel two (2) times daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Taking with food minimizes any aftertaste and supports absorption.
Caution: Consult your physician before using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications (including blood thinners), or have a medical condition. Discontinue use at least two weeks prior to surgery. Not suitable for anyone with a fish allergy. Keep out of reach of children.
