Strips · How it works · 5 min read · Updated September 2026
An oral strip works by carrying a measured dose in a thin, sugar-free film that dissolves on your tongue in about thirty seconds. Nothing to swallow, nothing to mix, no water. The strip is the dose, and the label says how many to take.
What is actually in a strip?
A strip is a thin, flexible film with the actives folded into it during manufacturing, then cut to a single serving. Ours are flavored and sweetened without sugar, so there is nothing to wash down and nothing sticky left behind.
Take our Energy Plus strip. One cranberry strip holds 50mg of caffeine, alongside 30mg of L-theanine and 1000mcg of vitamin B12. Those three numbers sit on the label, and they are the whole formula. No sugar, no calories, no can.
Sleep Strips go the other way: a raspberry strip with 1mg of melatonin plus valerian, lavender, chamomile and hibiscus. Same idea, different job.
How do you take one?
Place the strip on your tongue and let it sit. It softens in a few seconds and dissolves in roughly thirty. That is it. No chewing, no water, and no waiting on a capsule shell.
Because there is no swallowing step, a strip is easy to take in the places where a pill or a scoop is awkward: on the way into the gym, at your desk before a meeting, or on the nightstand before lights-out.
How many is set by each label, and on every strip in our lineup it is one a day. Energy Plus, Brain Strips and Apetimax each say "up to a maximum of 1 strip per day", and Energy Plus adds "Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime." Sleep Strips say "Take 1 strip ideally 20–30 minutes before bed, up to a maximum of 1 strip per day", and their warning adds "Do not drive or operate machinery within 8 hours of use."
Strips, gummies, capsules or powders?
The difference between the formats is how each one fits your day.
Strips are the fastest and the lightest. A pack of thirty slips into a pocket, a gym bag or a carry-on, and there is nothing to spill. Gummies are for people who want something to chew and do not mind a moment longer. Capsules carry the larger or more complex formulas, a full mineral or a multi-herb blend, that would never fit in a film. Powders are for protein and creatine, where a serving is measured in grams, not milligrams.
Plenty of our customers mix them: a strip for the moments that need to be quick, capsules for the daily foundation, a powder after training.
Who are strips for?
People who have skipped a supplement because they did not feel like swallowing a pill. Frequent travelers. Anyone who would rather read one number on a label than measure a scoop.
They are for adults, and each label says who should not use it. The Energy Plus label, for one, says "Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or under 19 years of age." Read the warning on the strip you pick before the first one.
If you have never tried one of our strips, pick one that matches a moment you already have. Energy Plus before a session or a long afternoon. Sleep Strips 20 to 30 minutes before bed, as their label says. Thirty strips is a month of one a day, orders dispatch within 24 hours of payment, and US shipping is free over $49.
