CORE WHEY, VANILLA
As a dietary supplement, adults mix two (2) scoops with 6–8 oz (177–237 ml) of water or favorite beverage daily.
Do not exceed recommended dose.

CREATINE MONOHYDRATE
Loading phase (first 5 days): 1 scoop (5g) in 8 oz of water or juice, 4 times daily. Maintenance: 1–2 scoops daily after the loading phase, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Note: Loading is optional. Many users skip it and take 5g once daily — muscle saturation is reached over ~4 weeks instead of 5 days.
WARNING: Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or under 19 years of age. Consult a physician if you have kidney conditions.

L-GLUTAMINE POWDER
Suggested Use: Take 1 serving (2g, approximately 1/2 tsp) 1 to 3 times daily with a beverage of choice, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
